However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Erosion control, theft on November 22, 2015;

A. On November 22, 2015, from around 13:10 to 13:20 on November 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the E Hospital 606 heading in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) was in front of the E Hospital 606 heading in Suwon-si; and (c) went into the said ward for the purpose of cutting away things by using any cres without any way inc

B. At the date, time, and place mentioned in the above paragraph (a) of this Article, the Defendant cut off the cash amounting to KRW 400,000,000, which is the victim’s possession, within the victim’s wall, by using the cresh in which the victim F was locked.

2. On March 13, 2016, erosion by rooms and theft by around 13:42 on March 13, 2016;

A. On March 13, 2016, around 13:42 on March 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the ward room into the ward room for the purpose of stealinging articles by using any cresh in the ward room in front of the E Hospital 813 unit located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) intruded into the room occupied by the victim G and the victim H.

B. The Defendant collected KRW 110,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim G within the victim G’s objects located at the time and place described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and continuously stolen KRW 150,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim H, within the victim H’s objects box.

3. On March 13, 2016, intrusion by fire prevention on around 14:26, theft;

A. From March 13, 2016 to 14:40 on March 13, 2016, the suspect entered the above measures with an intention to steals goods by using the gaps of the third floor of the E oriental medical hospital in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and into the room occupied by the victim J for the purpose of stealing goods by taking advantage of the gaps of the third floor of the E oriental medical hospital located in Suwon-si.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place set forth in the above paragraph (a) above, opened a bank by the victim J and cut down 130,000 won in cash owned by the victim within the wall.
