1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 as well as 30% per annum from September 4, 2007 to November 8, 2008, and on November 9, 2008.

Reasons

1. The instant lawsuit is filed for the purpose of the extension of prescription since 10 years have passed since the claim was rendered a loan ruling of 2008Ga 72869, Sung-nam Branch, Sungwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch, 2008.
