The judgment of the court below is reversed.

Defendant B 1) misunderstanding of facts (1) Z's fraud on September 13, 2016 is the fact that around April 28, 2016: (a) the Defendant shipped 10,774 Y from F Co., Ltd. on or before the end of July 2016; (b) the Defendant did not enter 17,00 Y as stated in the facts charged; (c) the Defendant did not entrust the Defendant with the Defendant with the shipment of 17,00 YY 17; and (d) the Defendant did not enter 200 YM 200,000 Y 17,000 YM 16,000 YM 26,000 YM 16,000 YM 26,000 YM 16,000 YM 26,000 YM 26,000 YM 97,01.
2. Defendant B’s assertion of misunderstanding of facts
A. The summary of the facts charged against the fraud of September 13, 2016 is Kim Jong-si.
