1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,167,124 and KRW 23,202,797, whichever is applicable, from April 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant entered into a credit card contract with Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., and on March 16, 2016, Hyundai Card Co., Ltd notified the Defendant of the fact of transferring the claim under the said contract to the Defendant on April 4, 2016. As of April 6, 2016, the claim under the said contract occurred with KRW 23,202,797, unpaid interest, KRW 352,236, delay damages, KRW 6,563,270, and unpaid fees KRW 48,821.
