A Imprisonment for a year and fine of KRW 10 million, Defendant B for a fine of KRW 2 million, Defendant C for a fine of KRW 700,000.

1. Defendant A is a person who installs 13 marina rooms equipped with equipment, such as marina booms and bridges, on the underground floor of Defendant A’s Gangnam-gu Seoul Seoul F building, and operates a commercial sex trafficking business establishment with the trade name of “G” by employing female employees.

Around June 15:00 on June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought KRW 160,000 from the male customer H, and (b) had C, an employee of the said H, in a way that would scam the sexual organ of the said H by using his/her entrance or hand; and (c) arranged sexual traffic in the said way from March 2, 2017 to June 7, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. Defendant B, as an employee of the above establishment, was in charge of the role of promising customers and guiding customers.

From March 2, 2017 to March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made it easy for the Defendant to arrange commercial sex acts by providing I, a male guest, with the money for commercial sex acts, and guiding female employees to receive the money for commercial sex acts; and (b) made it easy for the Defendant to arrange commercial sex acts by engaging in commercial sex acts.

As a result, the defendant assisted the act of arranging sexual traffic A.

3. Defendant C is a female employee employed at the above establishment on condition that he would receive KRW 25,00 per customer from the above A.

On June 7, 2017, the Defendant, at around 15:00, engaged in a similar sexual intercourse by allowing a man to see the sexual organ of H which is a male guest by taking advantage of his/her entrance or hand at the fourth room of the above business.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.
