1. The defendant shall pay 22 million won to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. A claim for the return of the lease deposit on the ground that the lease contract (lease deposit: KRW 22 million; period of lease: From June 11, 2011 to June 10, 2013) dated May 17, 201 with respect to subparagraph 101 of underground floor C, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City with the indication of the claim has expired due to the expiration of the period;
