2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The parties concerned are those who are operating the women's clinic and hospital (hereinafter "the hospital of this case") in the name of "E hospital" in Ma Government-si D, and the deceased F (hereinafter "the deceased") was receiving a regular report on the operation at the hospital of this case. The plaintiff A is the husband of the deceased, and the plaintiff B is the deceased's children.

B. 1) The Deceased was a biological pregnant woman. On January 6, 2012, the Deceased decided to give birth to the fetus only, and was hospitalized at the instant hospital around 07:00 on January 9, 2012, the 40th anniversary of pregnancy. (2) The Defendant, although the Deceased was hospitalized in the instant hospital and implemented only inducements after being hospitalized at the instant hospital, he/she tried again on the following day, but the Deceased did not proceed only on the following day. On January 10, 2012, at around 05:00 (hereinafter referred to as “the same day”), the Deceased started to resume only inducements to the Deceased from January 10, 2012, on the day after the date’s entry was omitted, and from around 09:00, he/she began to be replaced with the deceased’s seat.

3) After that, around 13:00, the deceased’s spacife size was opened at a level of 3-4cm, and around 14:00, the spacife size was opened, and the defendant moved the deceased to a delivery room for only a minute. However, when the deceased, who prepared only a minute, started blood transfusion with his spacife around 14:10, the defendant prepared a spacife, but did not perform the spacifeing surgery due to the increase in the weight of blood transfusion of the deceased, and transferred the deceased to a superior hospital of the government spacife.

5) Accordingly, at around 14:15, the Defendant was accompanied by a medical doctor with anesthesia pain medicine, two nurses, and the Deceased died at around 14:30 at around 17:59 while the Deceased was in an emergency room for the Matern Hospital, which was being treated, and the fetus was also born and died (hereinafter “the Deceased”) on January 9, 201.
