1. Defendant B’s consignment management contract on December 7, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

3. The Plaintiff asserts that the partial dismissal rate of 12% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings shall apply from December 1, 2019 to December 7, 2019.
However, the fact that the duplicate of the complaint of this case was served on the Defendants on December 7, 2019 is clearly indicated in the record.
Therefore, from December 1, 2019 to December 7, 2019, the rate of 6% per annum as stipulated in the Commercial Act shall apply. Therefore, the exceeding damages for delay shall be dismissed.
