Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

A. From June 10, 199 to June 10, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a C insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant with the insurance coverage amounting to KRW 50,000,000,000, and KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 for each year for 20 years, for the benefit and disability pension (20,000,000,000,00,000,000, respectively, on a Saturday or holiday).

B. The main contents of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

5. “Loss of eyesight” means a case where the corrected eyesight of one eye is not more than 0.02 under the International Visual Test Test (hereinafter referred to as 0.02), and is proved to be deadly damaged or to have not been restored to its original state;

Provided, That visual disabilities, other than visual disorders, shall be excluded from visual disorders, such as visual visual disorders and playgrounds, and damage, etc.
