On December 20, 2013, A was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act and 28 years of suspended execution on December 20, 2013.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct are a person who had operated a similar entertainment business establishment with the trade name of “F” from July 2013 to November 4, 2013, from 500 to 504, 610, and 806 of the Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si E-si, Busan. Defendant B received KRW 1.5 million per month from the police officer in the middle of October 2013 and received KRW 1.5 million per month from the above business establishment. Defendant A is a business office having conducted entertainment, female employees management, money management, etc. on behalf of Defendant A.

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as a broker for commercial sex acts.

Defendant C committed similarity by receiving KRW 45,00,00 among KRW 1,50,000,000,000,000 from a customer employed by the said “F” business establishment from around October 2013 to November 4, 2013, from a customer employed by the said “F” business establishment, and found at the said location, and 55,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for one hour and 30,000,000,000 won, and 5,000,000,000,00

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.
