If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

No one shall drive a machine which is a construction machine on any expressway or motor exclusive road for motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, on September 6, 2013, the Defendant entered the road, which is a motorway of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, that is located behind the New Road Station, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and passed the said engine at approximately 200 meters away from the south of the Gu.
