However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 19:55 on March 8, 2014, the Defendant driven a DNA car while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.177% in the section of approximately 3m in the inn part of Cn-gu parking lot at the official city.

The Defendant damaged public goods at the time and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) and in order to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender and take the Defendant into custody to the E District, the Defendant stated at the back seat of the said vehicle to the G patrol vehicle that “I ambling, Sick, Sick, Sick., chrop.,” and damaged the vehicle used by public offices, such as destroying the left left part of the vehicle at several times on the left side of the vehicle, by damaging the vehicle’s estimate amounting to 66,660 won.
