(a) Of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, each point is indicated in the separate sheet No. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 3.

A. On May 14, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant for a fixed lease period of KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 400,000, and two years, and delivered the said real estate on May 30, 2015.

B. However, since the Defendant was in arrears for a period of ten months from May 30, 2015, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease contract on the grounds of the delinquency in rent for at least two years, and sought restitution of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from the date of delivery and delivery to the Defendant.
