A. Defendant C, who owns the instant multi-family house of Defendant C, newly constructed a multi-family house with the F-ground F in Seo-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”), and completed registration of ownership preservation on February 8, 2012.

B. On May 1, 2012, Plaintiff A and Defendant C entered into a lease agreement between Plaintiff A and Defendant C, as a broker of Defendant D, a licensed real estate agent, and between Defendant C and Defendant C, 206 out of the multi-family house of this case (hereinafter “206”).

(2) On May 29, 2012, the Plaintiff paid KRW 70,000,000 to Defendant C with the lease deposit amount of KRW 70,00,000,00 from June 1, 2012 to June 1, 2014. (2) The Plaintiff paid the lease deposit of KRW 70,00,000 to Defendant C according to the above contract, and received the delivery of KRW 206 from Defendant C, and received the fixed date of the said lease contract, and filed a move-in report for resident registration with the competent Dong office on June 19, 2012.

C. On May 13, 2012, Plaintiff B and Defendant C entered into a lease agreement between Plaintiff B and Defendant C, as a broker of Defendant E, a licensed real estate agent, and between Defendant C and Defendant C, 402 out of the multi-family house of this case (hereinafter “402”).

(2) On June 13, 2012, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C to lease KRW 402 with the term from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014. Plaintiff B paid KRW 70,000,000 under the said contract to Defendant C and received KRW 402 from Defendant C, and obtained the fixed date of the lease agreement on June 13, 2012, and filed a move-in report for resident registration with the competent Dong office on July 2, 2012.

Defendant C shall be leased between G on February 10, 2012, with respect to the instant multi-family house, KRW 130,000,000, and the period from March 9, 2012 to March 9, 2014.
