A Imprisonment for four years, Defendant B, and C shall be sentenced to one year and six months, and Defendant D, E, and F shall be sentenced to one year.

Defendant

A is a member of the establishment of a new company Q Q with the second floor and the third floor of Ulsan-gu P building (former office and trade name: Sulsan Sulsan Branch Co., Ltd.) and a director (in the case of Sulsan Branch, a newly established member and vice-director) of the above company, who is almost every day worked at the defendant's office of the third floor investment department of the above company, analyzed the current status of securities and purchased and sold derivatives through the securities trading site (not later than May 2012), and was in charge of the receipt of investment money and the payment of profits and allowances (not later than May 2012), and was in charge of the management of the investment department's employees on the third floor of the above company (not later than May 2012), and was in charge of the management of the investment department's employees on the third floor of the above company's 2nd floor and the above company's 2nd floor of the investment company and the above company's 2nd anniversary of May 2012.

Defendant

B is a member of Q’s constituent and a deputy head of the highest level of investment fund-receiving team (business team). For the investment fund received from July 2010 to October 2013, 2013, 1% per month (0.75% from October 2012) was paid as an investment attraction allowance, and 12% per annum (9% per annum from October 2012) was paid as an investment attraction allowance, and as X’s private partner, a person in charge of fund management, such as payment of some profits and allowances, from March 2013 to May 2013.
