On August 15, 2013, at around 13:32, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.193% of blood alcohol level, driven Bone Star vehicle in the section of approximately 100 meters from the 5th day of the 3th day of the Sincheon-Eup in Samcheon-si, the Hancheon-si in the Jeoncheon-si, Samcheon-gu, Samcheon-si, the other side of which is located in the same Ri to the 100-meter parking lot.
