Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

The defendant is the opposite trust of the C church in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
피고인은 2014. 1. 5. 12:00경 위 C교회 주차사역실 입구에서 반대측 신도들과 같이 3층 본당으로 진입하려고 하자 피해자 D가 C교회측 신도들과 같이 이를 막았다는 이유로 손으로 피해자의 왼팔을 꺽어 폭행하였다.
