On November 2, 2017, the Defendant sentenced the Jeju District Court to one year of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 5, 2018.

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 17:30 on September 16, 2018, the Defendant, at the entrance of the D restaurant operated by the victim C in the Yeung-gun B, the Defendant, on the ground that he prevented the victim from intending to enter the restaurant into the above restaurant, took the victim’s bath to “Chewing, Chewing, and the same annual infant ...........” 30 minutes of the disturbance, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force.

B. At around 19:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) found the said restaurant again; (b) 10 minutes of disturbance, i.e., taking the victim’s bath to read “a Chewing baby, a snicker shall not be installed”; and (c) obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force.

2. Fraud;

A. On September 30, 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:30, by G restaurants operated by the Victim FF in the Ma in the Ma of the Jeonnam Ma, by deceiving the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she ordered food, and by deceiving the victim as if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and by deceiving the victim after being provided with 25,000 won from the victim.

B. On October 1, 2018, the Defendant, at around 04:20 on October 1, 2018, by deceiving the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if ordering food, and by deceiving the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and by deceiving the victim, he was obtained from the victim as 7,00 won Kim Gb and sprinked.
