A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.: (a) operated the fourth and fifth floor of the Gu-U.S. D Building on the fourth and fifth floor from the lower police officer to August 2013, 201; (b) employed female employees; and (c) assisted female employees who were not aware of their names in cash and other unspecified male descendants to have sexual intercourse with the said unspecified male descendants.
Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in arranging commercial sex acts for business purposes.
2. No credit card merchant which violates the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall make a transaction by credit cards in the name of another credit card merchant;
On April 6, 2012, the Defendant registered a cosmetic wholesale retail business establishment of the name “F Building 501”, “G”, and opened the said G member store card in the name of the Defendant.
From April 6, 2012 to July 2013, the Defendant paid the money in the name of a large number of male customers by using the card flag of the said G member store in the name of the said G member store from around April 6, 2012 to July 2013.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an act of trading by credit card using the name of another credit card merchant.
3. On January 7, 2014, the Defendant drafted a false complaint against H at a place where the location is unknown.
The accusation statement states that "the defendant H, at the time of the complainant on August 10, 201 (the defendant) on August 10, 201, inflicted an injury on the part of the AP that requires treatment for about six months, and that H did not inflict an injury upon the suspect on August 10, 201."
Nevertheless, the defendant submitted the above complaint to a police officer who is unable to know his name in the Gu/U.S. police service center located in the Gu/U.S. Si/Gu on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant aims to have H receive criminal punishment.
