1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 63,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 14, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. The part demanding the payment of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the “Provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, is dismissed.
