1. Defendant C’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from April 28, 2015 to September 30, 2015, respectively, to the Plaintiff.
1. Claim against Defendant C
(a) The following facts may be acknowledged in light of the overall purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 1, 3, 5-1, 2, 3, 6, 7-1, 2, 8, 10-13, 14-1, 2, and 15-1, 3, 5-1, 5-6, and 7-1, 7-2, 10-13, 14-1, 2,
1) On October 2012, the Plaintiff deemed Defendant C as the “instant E Housing Corporation” located in Sejong-si (hereinafter “instant Corporation”).
(2) Around December 2012, Defendant C and the Plaintiff agreed to complete the instant construction work by the due date of the agreement, and around December 17, 2012, it changed the construction cost of the said construction to newly construct the second floor building with Defendant C. However, the said additional construction cost of KRW 30 million was set as the total construction cost of KRW 90 million, and the date of completion was set as March 10, 2013. However, on May 17, 2013, Defendant C agreed to complete the instant construction work with the fence work by May 29, 2013 and completed the said construction work and completed the fence construction work by not later than the due date of the agreement on completion of the construction, and on May 29, 2013, Defendant C signed the 2nd floor E and completed the electrical construction work by not later than 30 times the date of completion of the construction work (the agreement on completion of the construction work by not later than 15th, 2013).
3) Around that time, Defendant C issued three copies of a promissory note issued to the Plaintiff on May 16, 2013, the date of publication, May 16, 2013, the date of payment, May 23, 2013, the issuer C, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, and the date of issuance, May 16, 2013, the date of payment, May 10, 2013, the date of payment, June 10, 2013, the issuer C, the Plaintiff, the payee, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, and the date of publication, May 16, 2013, the date of publication, June 16, 2013, the date of payment, June 20, 2013, the date of payment, Defendant C, and the Plaintiff as the issuer, and the Plaintiff on May 23, 2013, and the Plaintiff on May 23, 2013 and the Plaintiff on May 23, 2013.
