임대차보증금
1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 36,520,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 12% from December 4, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
The cause of the instant claim is as shown in the attached Form, and it can be recognized by adding up the whole purport of the pleadings to Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 4, and there is no dispute over the fact that the plaintiff moves out of the leased object of this case and delivered it to the defendant within several days after August 21, 2019, the lease term maturity of this case, and that the plaintiff must deduct 80,000 won from the lease deposit for unpaid management expenses, repair expenses and cleaning expenses.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 36,520,000 won remaining after deducting the above 4.80,000 won from the deposit deposit 37,000,000 won and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 4, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
