1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,984,387 and KRW 21,348,545 among them, 25% per annum from May 7, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”, but the payment order was finalized on February 2, 201 (Article 208(3)3 and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act).
