1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

Reasons

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as follows, except for the dismissal or addition of some of the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is consistent with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The following shall be added to 3 pages 14:

【The Deceased, on the average of approximately 44-47 km per day, constructed 15 pages. The Deceased deleted the “(seven days of absence)” of the 3th page 18 and added “46 hours and 57 minutes” of the 19th class “19th class.”

The following is added to the five pages 4. 【The Ministry of Employment and Labor’s notice of recognition of occupational diseases due to the delegation of Article 34(3) [Attachment 3] of the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 27050, Mar. 22, 2016); “The matters necessary for the determination of recognition of occupational diseases due to cerebrovascular diseases or heart diseases and cardioscular diseases” under Article 2013-32 of the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 27050, Mar. 2, 2016) means the case where the quantity or time of work within one week prior to the occurrence is increased by at least 30% of daily work, or the case where the work is changed to the extent that it is difficult to adapt even to the same worker who performs the same kind of work, such as the responsibility for strength, work environment, etc.”
