1. From 4,790,000 won to 4,790,000 won, the Defendant is a building listed in the separate sheet from December 7, 2016.
1. On March 4, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 20,000,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 2,90,000; (c) monthly rent of KRW 180,00; (b) management expenses and water tax of KRW 110,00; and (c) lease period of March 9, 2018; and (d) the Defendant terminated the lease agreement with overdue payment of KRW 15,210,00 as of December 6, 2016; and (b) the Defendant is obliged to deliver the said real estate at the same time with the remainder after deducting the overdue rent from the lease deposit and the rent from the time of delivery of the instant building.
