1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the second floor of 110.4 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached list;
(b) 53,920 won;
1. On January 9, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to lease all the second floor of the building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 15 million, and the monthly rent of KRW 800,000 (payment on September 9, 2018), with the term of lease fixed from January 9, 2018 to January 9, 2020.
The Defendant paid the rent to the Plaintiff during the period from January 9, 2018 to April 8, 2018, but did not pay the rent thereafter, and the water rate of KRW 53,920 was not paid.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case.
