A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

2. On July 2012, around July 2012, the Defendant sent a series of text messages to the victim on several occasions with the same content as “I wish to file a complaint for rape, I wish to know about the newspaper, to know about it, without giving money, I want to file a complaint for rape, and to be informed to the Taean Military Administration without giving money, I want to get the victim off clothes.”
The Defendant was transferred KRW 50 million to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in G on the 27th day of the same month from the victim who frighted the victim and frighted the victim.
3. From October 2012 to November 2013, the same content is that the Defendant sent text messages several times to the victim from around October 2012 to around November 2013, 2012, including “in addition, the Defendant filed a complaint against the victim of rape if he/she became aware of KRW 100,00,000, and exceeded clothes by informing the Taean Military Office.”
