However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person driving B Poter cargo as a duty.

On April 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the said cargo while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.134% from blood alcohol level around 01:05, and led to turn to the left from the direction of MBC at an elementary school to the direction of MBC distance.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive a motor vehicle driver by complying with the signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not turn to the left while under the influence of alcohol and did not turn to the left, and instead did not turn to the fK5 corporation taxi in front of the Defendant’s driver’s cargo vehicle, and received the front part of the victim’s driver’s corporation, the front part of the fK5 corporation, which is the victim’s driver’s vehicle in front of the maBC distance (on the left side of the Defendant’s proceeding direction) in the direction of filial length (the right side of the Defendant’s proceeding direction).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the injury of the victim E, such as salt ffort in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the injury of the victim G (42 tax) who was accompanied by the said corporation or taxi in need of medical treatment for about four weeks, such as a chest bar.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving the B Poter freight vehicle under the influence of alcohol at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, while under the influence of 0.134% of alcohol in blood.
