A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
2,410,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated JWH-018, and 5F-UR-144 (referred to as XLR-11, hereinafter referred to as “XL-11”), Mexacop (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) and marijuana as follows.

1. An offense related to X-ELel -11 among the offenses against the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence);
A. On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 400,000 won from C to request referring to approximately 80,000,000 won for purchase; and (b) around December 20, 2015, received 40,000 won for EXE-11; and (c) made D receive EXEE-11 by using Kwikset services in the vicinity of F in the Gu Government City E; and (d) made D receive EXE-11.
Accordingly, the Defendant arranged EXE -11 every time between C and D.
2) On February 2016, the Defendant received approximately KRW 440,00,00 from C to request for damage from EXE-11, and paid the purchase price to D immediately. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant sent approximately 8,00,000,000 to EXE using Kwikset services in the vicinity of E in the Gu Government-si, thereby allowing C to receive it.
Accordingly, the Defendant arranged EXE -11 every time between C and D.
B. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased 20,000 won upon receipt of approximately 40,000 won from D from 821 of HH located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Manyang-si as Kwikset services.
2) On January 2, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,00 from the above H821 to D as Kwikset service and paid KRW 40,000 to Kwikset service.
3) On February 14, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,00 from the above H 821 to D as Kwikset service. Around February 14, 2016, approximately KRW 40,000,00,000.
4) On February 16, 2016, the Defendant is Kwikset service with approximately 40 meters X-11 square meters from D from the above H821 around February 16, 2016.
