The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. At around 18:30 on June 7, 2019, the Defendant expressed a bath to the victim D (n, 37 years of age) who was in preparation for food in the “C” restaurant located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, without any reason, and assaulted the victim’s bridge twice due to friendly production in his possession.

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
C. Indication of the victim as not to be punished after the prosecution of this case
