2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The parties’ relevant Defendant Educational Foundation D is a school juristic person operating a F Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Defendant E is a doctor who belongs to the paper blood department of the Defendant Hospital and treated the deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”); G was a patient who died while being treated at the Defendant Hospital, and was suffering from liver infection due to hepatitis B before the towing.
