1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 4, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. As the Plaintiff indicated the claim lends KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant on May 14, 2013, to the Defendant on June 8, 2014, and KRW 5,000,000 on June 7, 2013 as the due date for reimbursement of KRW 7, 2014, respectively, the Plaintiff sought reimbursement by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
