The defendant's KRW 30,725,00 for the plaintiff and its 5% per annum from July 13, 2018 to August 31, 2020.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment without pleadings) shall be deemed to be the Plaintiff, the “creditor,” and the “debtor,” respectively.
