1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,358,280,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 31, 2016 to August 10, 2017.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company that provides housing construction, site construction, and real estate consulting services.
The defendant is a rental housing association which has its representative C and has been authorized to establish on April 17, 2013.
B. D, etc. promoted a new apartment construction project (hereinafter “new construction project of this case”) at the Eth day in the 2012, and around the beginning of 2012, “F District Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Local Housing Promotion Committee”)” is “B Rental Housing Association Promotion Committee at the end of 2012” and “Lease Association Promotion Committee at the end of 2012.”
A. On November 30, 2012, the agency service contract was concluded between the Plaintiff and the Rental Association Promotion Committee. A: Defendant and B: Plaintiff 3 (the scope of services) actively reflects B’s opinion. 1. The following services should be conducted: (a) procurement of early business promotion expenses (design expenses for the authorization and permission of district unit planning and project plan, etc., and land substitute deposits, etc. to secure land use rights) prior to the establishment of the partnership; (b) payment of the down payment for the project site; and (c) subsequent establishment of the partnership; and (d) payment of the down payment for the project site; and (e) payment of the entire project expenses (the securing ownership of the project expense and site for the project; and (e) payment of the contract cost shall be executed with the contribution paid by the association members;
3. Support for affairs related to part payments and loans to members;
4. Support for various kinds of authorization and permission consultation (district planning, approval for project plans, approval for parcelling-out, commencement, completion, etc.);
5. Payment and management of contributions (including artistic decorations and foods) to various human works under the name of the business owner;
6. Support for the treatment of civil petitions related to this project, excluding civil petitions directly related to construction;
7. Support for the selection of design and supervision service providers, and for the conclusion and management of contracts following such selection;
8. Support for the business of managing the repayment of principal and interest of loans raised from loan financial institutions in connection with this business;
9. Assistance in managing affairs following the sale by its members, leasing a site for M/H; and
