The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The Defendant is the victim B (AW, 50 years of age), marital relationship, the victim C (AW, 79 years of age) and the mother-child relationship.
On June 17, 2016, around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) expressed a desire to report himself/herself at the victim’s residence of Oluri City D, as a domestic violence case, and (b) threatened the victims with a threat as the victims were spawned.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 283(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. On October 1, 2016, the prosecution of this case, the victims withdrawn their wishes to punish the Defendant respectively.
