A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall smoke marijuana, and no person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall sell, administer, or provide a psychotropic drug-related psychotropic drug-related clopon (hereinafter referred to as "copon").
1. On August 14, 2012, at around 18:00, the Defendant stopped in front of the E Station located in the Nowon-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4g 0.4g oponon from G in the convenience store (F), and administered approximately 0.05g oponon at the Defendant’s dwelling at 101 Dong-dong 603, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for a single-time injection and dilution with raw water at the same night on the same day.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded approximately 0.4 grams, and administered approximately 0.05 gramphones.
2. Around August 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8gopon from G in the “J” coffee shop near Gangnam-gu Seoul International Apartment Distance for KRW 700,000,000, and administered approximately 0.05gopon on the same day at night by inserting approximately 0.05gopon in the dwelling of the above Defendant at the time of a single-use injection and dilution with it.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded approximately 0.8 grams, and administered approximately 0.05 gramphones.
3. On October 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8 grams from G in the “J” coffee shop near Gangnam-gu Seoul International Apartment Distance for KRW 700,000,000, and administered approximately 0.05 grams in the said Defendant’s residence at night by inserting approximately 0.05 grams into a single-use injection machine and dilution with raw water.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8 grams, and administered approximately 0.05 gramphones.
4. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant smoked from “K”, where the trade name on the hotel rooftop located at Washington, where it is impossible to identify the trade name on the hotel rooftop, with a fire in one marijuana.
Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
