The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a “C” Potering vehicle.

On October 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:10, and entered the intersection via two-lanes from the surface of the multi-level apartment complex in front of the "multi-level apartment complex" located in 617 as Busan, Seopo-gu, Busan, to the third-lane road.

The location is an intersection in which traffic signals, etc. are installed, and a person engaged in driving service is obliged to report well the signal at the front and drive the vehicle in accordance with the signals of traffic signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive a temporary stop line and reported that the traffic signal signal in front of the “temporary stop line” was changed to a “sulfur signal”, but the Defendant was negligent in proceeding, and the victim E, who was on the part of the traffic signal going through a “D”-on-way side, entered the said intersection by receiving the left-hand turn signal from the one-lane side of the road at the time when the signal was coming into the said intersection. In order to discover the said vehicle of the Defendant and avoid this, the Defendant left the center and moved to the left-hand side.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., requiring approximately three weeks of medical treatment by negligence on the part of the victim.
