1. The Defendant shall pay 3,400,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 28, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On November 25, 2010, the Defendant: (a) lent KRW 33,400,000 from the Plaintiff on November 25, 2010 to the present day; and (b) is not fully paid by service by publication on the grounds (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
