1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 65,00,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. When borrowing KRW 5,00,000,000 from the Plaintiff on August 1, 2016, the Defendants indicated in the claim are deemed to pay KRW 5,00,000 among these money to the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000, and to pay KRW 1,30,000 as interest per month for the remainder of KRW 65,000,000, and the cash custody certificate was prepared to pay by May 30, 2018, but the said certificate was not paid even after the due date expired.
