The order of rejection of the petition of appeal filed on July 19, 2004 by this court shall be revoked.

Reasons

According to the records of this case, when the appellant submitted a petition of appeal without attaching stamps after the appellant lost the lawsuit in this case, the presiding judge of this court ordered the order to pay KRW 10,818,700 to the stamp of appeal within seven days from the date of service of the order. After the above order was served on his representative on July 9, 2004, the presiding judge dismissed the petition of appeal of the appellant on the ground that the appellant did not comply with the above order of correction within the period fixed by the appellant on July 19, 2004. However, even if the appellant received the petition of appeal with the court (case number omitted) on July 16, 2004 within the above period for correction, the appellant did not pay the stamp within the above period for correction, the order was not implemented within the above period for correction, and thus, the appellant did not perform the above order within the above period for correction on the ground that the appellant did not pay the stamp.
