1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Details of the disposition
On July 16, 2017, the Plaintiff reported each outdoor assembly (hereinafter “instant assembly and demonstration”) with the following content to the Defendant:
The route shall be as shown in attached Form 1 [Attachment 1] as the picture of "the course of the assembly and operation of this case".
