However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, from January 2014 to December 31, 2015, worked as the prosperity president at the E commercial prosperity conference located in Sungwon-si, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si.

1. The Defendant, as the head of the above E business prosperity hall, has been in charge of the business of the prosperity hall and has been in charge of the business of managing and managing the management expenses, etc. of the damaged members of the shopping mall hall, and has determined and disbursed the disbursement of the management

Around January 2014, the Defendant created KRW 13,530,000 from the management expenses for commercial buildings received from the said victims under the name of the gift in Sungwon-si D 2014 and used them for the said victims for their business purposes, unlike the details of expenditure, for the following reasons: (a) around that time, the Defendant used KRW 6,204,60 from the Changwon-gu first class to the management office for the above E commercial building underground, for an individual purpose in accordance with the pretext of external secret, unlike the details of expenditure.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victims' property.

2. In order to become a member of the operating committee of a commercial E-commercial building, a business registration certificate for the place of business of the commercial building shall be issued.

Defendant had forged the business registration certificate of G operated by the Defendant to commemorate F without the business registration certificate of the above business establishment as an operating member, thereby creating the F operation H’s business registration certificate.

On January 2014, the Defendant entered “F,” “F in the name column,” “F,” and “F, in the name column of the business registration certificate of G operated by the Defendant at the office of the president of the management office located on the first floor of Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, Seoul, the first place of business,” and copied the said business registration certificate with the official seal of the head of the original tax office.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a business registration certificate for F under the name of the head of the original tax office which is a public document.

3. The Defendant’s uttering of forged official document is located in Sung-gu, Changwon-si around January 2014.
