1. Defendant E and F shall jointly:
A. The plaintiff Gap 48,757,690 won, plaintiff B, C, and D respectively 32,496,813 won and each of the said money.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) The parties’ status (1) Defendant E is a person who operates the H hospital located in Orcheon-gu G (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Defendant F is a doctor belonging to the Defendant Hospital who, as a medical doctor of the Defendant Hospital, performed medical activities, such as the surface inspection with respect to the deceased I (J; hereinafter “the deceased”); Defendant Samsung F&M Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung F&M”) is an insurer who concluded a contract for doctor and hospital liability insurance with the Defendant Hospital as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
(2) The plaintiff A is the deceased's spouse, and the plaintiff B, C, and D are the deceased's children.
B. Around 07:50 on December 28, 2013, the Deceased was admitted to the Defendant Hospital to undergo a pre-pre-pre-determined health examination and a pre-determined health examination on the water surface.
(2) After the visit, the Deceased completed basic tests, such as chest radiation tests, physical measurement, and blood tests, and went to a health examination center on the second floor of the Defendant hospital through stairs in order to undergo the surface microscope test at around 08:36.

Around 09:11, 09: (a) the surface landscaping test for the Deceased was initiated; and (b) additional propool 2 meters, etc. during the course of the inspection.
(5) At the time of the deceased, kidne was 172.5 cm and 109.4 km for the body.
(c) at 09:15 on the same date as the outbreak of an emergency and the provision of first aid.
