A and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D

A. On January 1, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendants: (a) intended to steal waste telecommunications cables under the ground located in the section of the 1K-mpon cable beginning around the crossing of the mountain railway station in Jin-si, Jin-si; (b) Defendant C operated a searcher on his own, thereby cutting off waste telecommunications cables at approximately three meters by cutting off telecommunications cables; and (c) Defendant D carried the cut telecommunications cables on a truck at intervals of approximately 1,400,000 won at the market price owned by the injured Party by carrying the cut telecommunications cables on the truck.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

B. On January 1, 2013, at around 13:00 on the lower order of the Defendants, at the 1km electric wires starting from the tunnel of the mountain basin in the Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si.

In the same way, the victim's market price owned by the Korea Rail Network Authority was stolen with 1.3t telecommunications cables equivalent to 1,400,000 won.

C. On January 201, 2013, the Defendants jointly and severally set the end point of approximately 800 meters starting from the front side of the Sungnam Hospital located in the Jinnam-si Gul Guleri, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si at the end of 00 meters.

In the same manner, the victim's market price owned by the Korea Rail Network Authority was stolen with 1.5t telecommunications cables equivalent to 1,800,000 won.

2. Defendant A and Defendant C

A. On February 10, 2013, the Defendants, along with F, attempt to steal waste telecommunications cables laid underground under the ground from approximately 800 meters long from the front side of the light farming machine service center in Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul at approximately 10:00 square meters. Defendant C shall carry the telecommunications cables laid underground on his own possession, cut off the telecommunications cables at approximately 3 meters, cut off the cables at intervals of approximately 5 tons, and F shall carry the cut telecommunications cables.
