Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a livestock product packaging business in the name of "D" in Kimpo-si.
The packed meat of the livestock industry shall indicate the name of the product, the type of processed livestock products, the name and location of the place of business, the date of manufacture, the expiration date, etc. of livestock products.
Nevertheless, from August 2010 to April 24, 2014, the Defendant was equipped with facilities such as air conditioners, two freezings, one freezing machine, and chills and packaging machines in the trade name of the above D, and carried out business of raising sales of KRW 200-3,000 per month by packaging and selling chills, and sold 1,210 kilograms, supply price of KRW 7,828,000 per month from January 3, 2014 to April 24, 2014.
