A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of land development planning and consulting, building planning and design business, etc., and A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) is a company with the purpose of civil engineering and construction business.

B. On March 23, 2007, A entered into a design and supervision service agreement (hereinafter “instant contract”) with respect to the construction work of E7,773 square meters (E, F, hereinafter “instant building”) in the area E-7,773 square meters (hereinafter “instant construction work”) in the region where the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff placed an order to do so.

3. The amount of remuneration under this Article shall include all the service charges necessary for design, authorization and permission as agent and on-the-spot supervision. 4. Article 2 (Method of Payment)
