The defendant of "2017 High 287" is a person who runs a resting restaurant near Jeju-si in Jeju-si.

Any person who intends to operate a restaurant business shall file a report with the competent authority.

Nevertheless, without reporting, the Defendant, at the same place from January 1, 2017 to August 10, 2017, sold to unspecified customers by preparing cooking facilities, such as crypt (2,00 won), crypt (1,000 won), cryp (3,000 won), cryp cryp cryp cryp (3,000 won) with D food trucks.

As a result, the Defendant was running a restaurant with an unregistered restaurant with an average of 3 to 50 million won per day.
