Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B K7 car.
On May 12, 2020, at around 00:45, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.096% of blood alcohol concentration, and led the 4-lane road in front of the 6-lane 85-o, Suwon-ro, Suwon-ro, Suwon-ro, Gowon-ro, 85-o, Gowon-ro, Gowon-ro, along three-lanes from the right edge distance to the right edge of the road.
In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering area and the steering system and accurately.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting the influence of alcohol and driving at a four-lane distance from the end of the road at the end of the road, was shocked by the part on the right side of the said K5 vehicle of the victim C (Nam, 20 years old), who was driving at the right side of the road at the end of the road.

2. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant is a person who has received a summary order of a fine not exceeding three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on July 6, 2015.
The Defendant driven a B K7 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.096% in the section of approximately 1.5 km from the FJ road near Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the date and time limit set forth in paragraph (1) to the front road of the Guro-ro 85km-ro.
Accordingly, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
