1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 29,536,018 and KRW 25,99,829 from October 12, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) applies for the correction of the indication of the Defendant on the grounds that the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against “C” and confirmed that C died prior to the filing of the lawsuit, and the Plaintiff filed an application for the correction of the indication of the Defendant with “A” as its inheritor.
