On September 14, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.237% of blood alcohol concentration on September 16, 2013, driven a freight vehicle B from the Do in front of the Gyeonggi-gu Egymar Park in the Gyeong-gu Egymar Park, G in the same 100m section from the Do in front of the Gyeonggi-gu Egymar Park to the Yangyang-gu Yangyang-dong Yangyang-dong Yang.
